If you’re looking for a great excuse to take your bike out on the open road, this fall will provide a chance to combine your passion for motorcycling with philanthropy. Unforgotten Riders will be having a Fall Ride on September 13, 2015, through Lake and McHenry counties. Participants will start at Anthony Buick GMC in Gurnee, and ride all the way to Woodstock. Friends and family are invited and encouraged to meet up with the riders afterwards, for food and fun.
How Riding Can Help
Sign ups for the ride will begin at 9:30 a.m. on September 13, and the ride will begin at 11 a.m. The cost is $25 per rider, and $15 per passenger; the fee includes lunch. Plus, any participants that pre-register by September 1 will also receive a free t-shirt.
Unforgotten Riders is a not-for-profit corporation that was established in August of 2014, as a way to help fellow bikers who need assistance with medical bills following motor accidents. All proceeds from the Fall Ride will go to helping families in need.
